At Fledge, we place a high value on safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of our school partners, parents, and guardians and provide feel at ease in sharing with us their child’s or student's personal information. We take the privacy of our users seriously and are committed to protecting it. To that end, we adhere to various laws and regulations that govern the handling of personal information, such as PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), PIPA (Personal Information Protection Act) - Alberta's private sector privacy law, and COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) - U.S. federal law.

We may collect personal information such as your child's or student’s name and age, also the parent’s or teacher’s email to provide them with our online services. We may use the information we collect from you to provide the children with a better user experience, to improve our web application, to communicate with you about our services, and to fulfil any other purposes for which you provided the information. The parent or guardian can view their child’s information and the teachers, or school administrator can view their student’s information within or associated with the web application, including, without limitation, the completion records the child, or the students received from the online activities.
We may share the information we collect with our affiliates, partners, and service providers who help us operate our web gaming application and provide you with our services. We may also share your information with law enforcement authorities, regulators, or other third parties if required by law or to protect our rights.
We take reasonable measures to protect your child or students’ data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Fledge has implemented organizational and technological safeguards to prevent the loss or misuse of personal information within our control. Furthermore, security practices are subject to regular review to ensure their effectiveness.
We reserve the right to update or change this agreement at any time. If we make any material changes to this agreement, we will notify you on this page if changes have been made. Your continued use of our web gaming application after any changes to this agreement will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
