Helping adults teach the life skills children don't learn from a textbook.
Fledge turns research on the brain, body, and breath into activities parents and educators can use with a child right away.
For Schools & Educators
For Parents & Families
A teaching companion for home! Practical, screen-optional tools to help your child build emotional awareness, focus, and confidence, one small practice at a time.
Bring evidence-informed wellness into your classroom or school: in-person residencies, educator training, and a digital platform your whole community can use.
Growth doesn’t happen overnight, it happens together.
Our name comes from "fledgling"…
A fledgling is a young bird still in the nest.. not yet ready to fly alone, but gradually gaining the strength, skill, and confidence it needs to. Fledge works the same way. We're the nest: a supportive space where the adults around a child; teachers, parents, caregivers, come together with what they need to help that child reach their full potential.
Growth doesn't happen in just one place, and it doesn't happen alone. What happens in the classroom and what happens at the kitchen table are part of the same story- so Fledge connects them. Every activity you complete, at school or at home, nurtures a shared Garden: a plant, a creature, a small piece of a world you're building together, one small practice at a time.
